Opportunity:

TRAVEL - RN L&D (707)/ MC Weatherford /7P-7A

Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Rotating weekend schedule with every other weekend required
* 13-week assignment
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* No on-call requirements
* No floating policy
* Unit contains 4 LDR beds with patient ratios of 1:1 for pit and 2:1
* No unit secretary or tech support on unit
* Documentation systems: Meditech and CPN
* Must have labor and delivery, recovery, immediate newborn care, golden hour baby care, PACU, and C-section experience
* Must be able to circulate and scrub C-sections
* Ability to scrub C-sections preferred
* Meditech experience preferred
* 2+ years of hospital/specialty experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN
* Active TX RN license required - temporary licenses will not be accepted
* Patient experience with AIDET and bedside shift report required
* Facility will provide scrubs
* Nails must be clean and healthy
* Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited

This facility is a well-equipped labor and delivery unit offering comprehensive maternity care services. The unit supports a full range of obstetric procedures including labor and delivery, recovery, immediate newborn care, and C-sections. The facility utilizes Meditech and CPN documentation systems and is committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care in a structured and supportive environment.
