Opportunity:

Surgical Technologist

Job Details:

* Highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist required with a wide breadth of experience in orthopedics, neurology, vascular, and other surgical specialties
* Work 36-40 hours per week with schedule options of three 12-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts
* Start and end times are negotiable and will be agreed upon during the phone interview
* Guaranteed weekly hours will be adjusted based on hours agreed to during the interview process
* Approximately every 5th weekend will be a call weekend, split between Call 1 and Call 2
* 1-2 call shifts per week required, split between Call 1 and Call 2
* All call requires a 30-minute on-site response time from the time of the call
* Call volume may increase based on department needs and staffing changes
* Holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday falls within the contract period
* Must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
* BLS certification required
* CST preferred but not required
* Excellent critical thinking skills and knowledge of central processing and instrumentation required
* Candidates with minimal requested time off will receive priority consideration
