Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Opportunity:

RRT - Nights

Job Details:

* Night shift position with weekends and holidays required
* Every other weekend required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* No on-call required
* Float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units as needed
* Block scheduling is not available
* Maximum of 4 days of RTO allowed with only 1 holiday that can be approved no holiday RTO will be accepted
* Guaranteed hours based on contracted shifts with a call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment; once met, all hours are guaranteed
* Must be comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients in the ICU
* Must pass an Advanced EKG exam as part of compliance
* EPIC charting system experience required
* Scrub color: Solid Black or Black and White
* All call-outs for scheduled shifts may require a makeup shift as deemed necessary by the department
* At least 1 supervisor reference required with submission
* Locals not accepted within 50-mile radius of main campus

Facility:

This is a short-term acute care facility and Level III Trauma Center operating as a teaching hospital with 733 total staffed beds. The facility utilizes EPIC for charting and provides care across a wide range of specialties. Staff may be required to float within the hospital or to a sister campus depending on booking needs.
