Open Position: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2661.20

Opportunity:

CONTRACT - CATH LAB TECH (746) - 13 WEEKS

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
* 13-week contract assignment
* Call requirements are required and distributed evenly among staff RNs and CV Techs throughout the week
* Weekend on-call responsibilities for emergent cases
* Work in a 3-room operating cath lab (2 EP compatible rooms)
* Day shift staffing consists of 2 RNs and 2 CV Techs per case unless anesthesia or non-invasive
* Perform procedures including cath, PCI, EP (a-fib), Watchman, TAVR, INARI, device implants (PPM, ICD, etc.), and Impella
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Cath lab experience required
* RCIS or Cardiovascular Nurse certification preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
* Scrub color requirement: Royal blue or black
* Team-oriented, hardworking, and fast-paced environment

Facility:

This facility is home to one of the highest structural heart volumes in the region, having performed 50+ TAVR procedures and earning 2 STS facility recognitions. The cath lab department is known for its great patient outcomes and very low PCI mortality rates. The unit operates 3 cath lab rooms, with 2 EP-compatible rooms, and supports a wide range of advanced cardiovascular procedures in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
