Pediatric Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment
* 5x8 day shift schedule
* Some weekends required - approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month
* No on-call requirements
* Cover both inpatient and outpatient pediatric patients
* Patient age groups include infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
* Must have at least 1 year of experience
* First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of experience
* Inpatient experience and pediatric experience required
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Charting system: Epic
* Free parking available
* Required certifications: BLS, AK PT License
* Required skills include: Acute Care, Adaptive Equipment, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Assessment, Body Mechanics, Cerebral Palsy, Crutches, Developmental Delays, Discharge Planning, Early Intervention Programs, Evaluation, Gait Training, Individualized Programs, Milestone Assessment, Orthotics, Patient and Family Education, Pediatrics, PICU, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Safety and Injury Prevention, Scoliosis, Sensory Response, Spina Bifida, Strength Testing, Torticollis, Ultrasound, and Wheelchair Assessment
* Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
* Alaska PT License must be in hand prior to offer
