Job Details:

* Provide support to staff as needed across units covered with no direct reports
* Utilize conflict resolution and mediation skills when working with staff or patients
* Quickly identify and address operational and clinical issues as they arise
* Demonstrate understanding of nursing practice and standards
* Abide by respective collective bargaining agreements
* Work in an acute care setting
* Utilize Allscripts charting system
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
