Job Details:

* Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
* Night shift patient ratio of 1:5
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
* First-time travelers welcome
* Community hospital experience required
* LTAC experience required
* Charting experience required using Cerner system
* EPIC experience required and must be noted in work history
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI (CPI Blue Card from Crisis Prevention Institute must be in-hand when applying - MAB or Online CPI Blue certification not accepted)
* California State License required in-hand when applying (EMSA not accepted)
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* 24 orientation hours provided
* No requested time off within the first two weeks of assignment; maximum 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract preferred
* Interdisciplinary support available including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Lift Teams, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and more
* Clinical skills required include but are not limited to: telemetry monitoring, central line blood draws, PICC line management, blood product administration, IV insulin protocols, wound care/wound vac, tracheostomy care, chest tube management, and use of rapid response/code teams
