Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2364.88

Opportunity:

LTC RN

Job Details:

* Block schedule with 8-hour shifts during day, PM, and NOC rotations
* 12-hour day shifts available with weekend and holiday requirements
* Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
* Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
* No on-call requirements
* Floating to other units may be required
* Staffing ratios: RNs 1:20, LPNs 1:20, CNAs 1:8
* Care for patients with dementia, frailty, elderly conditions, and rehabilitation needs
* Job duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medication administration, and clinical skills such as IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
* Experience working with elderly patients required
* IV and titratable drip experience required
* EMR system: ECS
* Required certification: BLS (AHA)
* BSN not required
* Any solid color scrubs required, must be clean and professional
* Must clock in and out at the facility

Facility:

This post-acute care facility is a nursing home attached to a hospital, offering 70 beds with a majority of private rooms. The facility features an interdisciplinary team including therapy, administration, social workers, activities staff, dietary, and housekeeping. On-site resources include 24/7 respiratory therapy, pharmacy and medication dispensing systems, physician availability after hours, and DON/charge nurse/house supervisor support.
