Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
* Post-acute care setting
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts
* Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited curriculum required
* Active Minnesota Social Work license required to apply
* BLS Certification required
