Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Provide cardiopulmonary services as registered or certified respiratory therapist
* Follow protocols approved by medical staff and department policy and procedures
* Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients
* Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
* Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
* Maintain airways and provide ventilator management
* Insert arterial lines and assist with intubations
* Conduct pulmonary function studies
* Perform cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
* Draw and analyze blood gases
* Must have 2 years recent experience with ventilator, ventilator weaning, tracheostomy, ET tube, CPAP, BiPAP, and nebulizer treatments
* NBRC RRT or CRT certification required
* Oklahoma RT license required
* ACLS and BLS certifications required (must be through American Heart Association)
* Position created for contractor replacement
