Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Opportunity:

Outpatient Therapy-Rehabilitation / Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with individual clinician schedule to be discussed with candidate
* Guaranteed 40 hours per week
* Daily patient load of 8 visits per day
* Productivity standard of 75% required
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call requirements
* Dress code: Business casual attire required
* Charting system: Epic (experience preferred)
* Required certification: BLS
* Missouri state license required; pending state license accepted
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Treat patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Patient diagnoses include low back pain, cervical pain, post-op shoulder surgeries, total knee arthroplasty, general orthopedics, and balance/falls
* Special equipment includes Biodex isokinetic machine
* Skills required include orthopedic procedures, extremity mobilization, spinal mobilization, therapeutic modalities, gait training, and home exercise program development

This outpatient hospital clinic provides specialized rehabilitation and physical therapy services to a diverse patient population. The facility offers a collaborative care environment with interdisciplinary support, including unit secretarial assistance. The clinic is equipped with specialized equipment and focuses on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, offering comprehensive outpatient therapy services with no parking costs for staff.
