Job Details:

* 4x10 block schedule working Tuesday through Friday with weekends off
* Provide therapy services to inpatients, outpatients, and contracted therapy services to local Skilled Nursing Facility
* Treat patients of all ages including pediatrics through geriatrics
* Dress code is business casual; scrubs of any color are acceptable
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Active BLS certification issued by AHA (American Heart Association) required
* Unexpired license/certification for the state required
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
