Opportunity:

RN - Case Management

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with weekend rotation as needed
* Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
* Patient ratio of 1:25 to 1:30
* 2 Case Management Assistants available in the department
* Documentation systems include MediTech, Midas, CarePort, Facility Scheduler, and Kronos
* Floating policy within hospital units
* Business casual dress code required
* 1+ year of experience required
* Acute hospital case management experience required
* Registered Nurse license required
* Travel experience preferred
* CCM or ACM certification preferred but not required

This is a 321-bed for-profit acute care hospital well-known in the community for its 24-hour emergency room and Level II Trauma Center.
