CT/XRAY Tech

Job Details:

* Block schedule required Monday through Thursday
* Night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
* No on-call required
* No weekends required
* Position will not float between units
* Perform CT scans and X-ray examinations
* Equipment used: GE
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* 2 years of experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required experience with at least one of the following equipment brands: GE, Hitachi, Phillips, Siemens, or Toshiba
* Inpatient and/or outpatient experience required
* Experience with X-rays is a hard stop requirement
* Scrub color: Any color
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Skills required include: CT abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, and vascular CTA, multiplanar reconstruction, contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, PACS, peripheral IV starts, musculoskeletal trauma, and X-rays

Facility:

This is a Critical Access facility with 23 total staffed beds, offering a close-knit and collaborative care environment. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides interdisciplinary support including radiology, lift teams, rapid response teams, and transportation services. Parking is available at no cost to staff.
