Opportunity:

Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Details:

* Provide evidence-based nursing services to participants enrolled in the PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) program
* Support participants and their caregivers/family members to maintain or improve health status through clinic services
* Provide teaching, counseling, and other skilled nursing interventions
* Perform superior physical assessment techniques and develop effective nursing care plans
* Coordinate scheduling, communication, and encounter documentation of all care provided in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Current Colorado RN licensure required, maintained throughout employment
* Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required; clinic experience preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer/technology skills required
* Ability to effectively manage time and maintain focus on multiple priority tasks
* Must successfully complete competency evaluations
