Open Position: RN - Tele

Opportunity:

RN - MS/Tele (Float)

Job Details:

* Float to both Orange and Irvine campuses with primary pre-assignment to the 6th floor unit in Irvine
* Work exclusively on MS/Tele floors; PCU experience is a plus and highly preferred
* Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
* Handle high acuity, high volume, and high turnover patient care environment
* Patient diagnoses include all stepdown, telemetry, and med/surg patient care areas - inpatient and outpatient
* Experience with special equipment including chest tubes and drains required
* Proficiency with Phlebotomy and Telemetry required
* EPIC experience required and must be noted in work history
* Minimum 1.5 years of experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI Blue Card (from Crisis Prevention Institute, in-hand when applying), NIHSS
* CPI Blue Card must be from the Crisis Prevention Institute in-hand when applying; MAB or Online CPI Blue certification is not accepted
* Valid California State License required in-hand when applying; EMSA not accepted
* Two (2) supervisor references required when applying
* No RTO within the first two weeks of an assignment; maximum 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract highly preferred
* All RTO must be listed on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review
* Weekend coverage as needed per facility
