Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* On-call required
* 4 weekend shifts per schedule
* Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 4:1
* Work in a 65-bed NICU unit with a team of 200+ staff members
* Day and night shifts include a charge nurse, team lead, transport nurse, RNs, respiratory therapists, and unit assistants
* Equipment used includes isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, breast pumps, and more
* EMR systems used: Meditech and CPN
* Required scrub color: Navy
* Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
* Level 4 NICU experience strongly preferred
* Must be a team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to change

This facility features a large NICU department with 65 beds and a robust team of over 200 staff members dedicated to providing exceptional neonatal care. The unit operates around the clock with specialized staff including charge nurses, team leads, transport nurses, and respiratory therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care. The facility utilizes advanced medical equipment and technology to support a wide range of neonatal care needs, from routine monitoring to complex interventional procedures.
