Open Position: RN - Rehab

Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

* Work on a 24-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation unit located on the 3rd floor of the Main Tower
* Patient ratio of 1:6
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* Work with Hill-Rom beds and utilize Expanse EMR system
* Support patients receiving PT, OT, and ST therapy for a total of 3 hours per day
* Assist patients who may receive dialysis, blood administration, IVP medications, and remote telemetry monitoring
* No bedside surgical procedures performed on unit
* Float to Med/Surg or Med/Surg Telemetry as needed
* Every other weekend required with no on-call responsibilities
* Wear royal blue scrubs per dress code requirements
* Follow unit guidelines including fall precautions, HAIs, isolation protocols, and care experience standards
* One year of inpatient or rehab experience required
* Medical/telemetry experience or higher acuity preferred
* Must collaborate effectively with therapy departments and support patient independence while maintaining a safe environment
* Required certifications: BLS, completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test
* Preferred certification: ACLS
