Ultrasound Tech - Vascular

Job Details:

* Tuesday through Thursday shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
* Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Saturday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* Every Saturday coverage required
* 2 years of experience required within specialty
* Travel experience required
* ARDMS certification required
* Additional certifications required: ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARDMS RVT, BLS
* Adult, Emergency Department, ICU, and portable experience required
* PACS experience required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Level I Trauma experience preferred
* Scrub color: Teal
* Performs a wide range of ultrasound studies including abdominal, vascular, obstetric, and gynecologic imaging
* Skilled in Doppler studies, duplex imaging, and color flow techniques
* Experience with upper and lower extremity arterial and venous studies required
* Proficiency with Philips equipment preferred
* Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
* Approximately 10 patient visits per day across 4 rooms
* Interdisciplinary support available through radiology department
* 1 reference required for submission
* Up to one pre-approved time off request available

This facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level I Trauma Center with over 1,500 staffed beds, making it one of the larger healthcare institutions in the region. The facility operates with Epic as its charting system and provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support including radiology services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and supports a wide range of diagnostic imaging and vascular ultrasound services.
