Opportunity:

OT - Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

* Work on a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit on the 3rd floor
* Day shift position with no night shift available
* Provide a minimum of 5 to 6 hours of treatment per patient
* Perform ADLs, evaluations, and typical inpatient rehabilitation treatments
* Work with specialized equipment including H200/L300, BURT
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week period required
* Wear black pants and olive scrub top per dress code requirements
* Must have basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation
* Must be able to flex and work as part of a team
* Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
* Outgoing, flexible, and knowledgeable personality a strong fit for this role
* May float to other inpatient rehabilitation locations as needed
* Required certification: BLS

This inpatient rehabilitation facility operates a 32-bed unit staffed by approximately 35 therapists and 50 nurses, providing comprehensive rehabilitative care to patients. The unit supports a multidisciplinary team approach with occupational therapists, physical therapists, rehabilitation aides, nurses, and patient care technicians working collaboratively. The facility utilizes advanced rehabilitation equipment and modern electronic medical record systems to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
