Opportunity:

RN - Medical Surgical

Job Details:

* Work on a 30-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
* 4 weekend shifts required per 28-day schedule with holiday rotation
* Float rotation with other staff as needed
* Document using Meditech electronic documentation system
* Work alongside Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretaries, PCTs, and Case Management
* Utilize equipment including walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, and related medical devices
* Must meet patient experience requirements of 72% utilizing communication boards
* Required to wear Navy Blue Scrubs
* Required certification: BLS
* Must have strong teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
* Medical-Surgical experience required including respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin drips
