Job Details:

* Travel nursing position on a Medical/Surgical unit with a Neuro focus
* Float between units as required
* No on-call required
* Weekends required as needed, minimum every other weekend
* Block schedules not required
* 48-hour shifts approved
* Expected patient ratios of 1:6-8
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Any color accepted
* Parking at no cost
* Minimum 2 years of experience required with at least 1 year in a relevant specialty
* Travel nursing experience required
* Compact nursing license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certification: BLS
* Required skills include: CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Isolation Precautions/PPE, Med/Surg, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, and Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
