Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour shifts, mostly nights, on various days of the week
* Minimum of 5 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule required
* No on-call required
* Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units as required
* Charting system: Epic
* 2 years of experience required, including circulator experience for C-sections
* Teaching attitude and team player mindset is a must
* Rural healthcare experience preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Clinical leadership experience and desire to mentor RNs preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Work within a 10-bed unit with 5 Labor & Delivery rooms and 5 Postpartum rooms
* Patient age groups include neonates and adults
* Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, and radiology
* Required certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate (must have in hand or provide proof of signed-up class)
* Colorado or compact RN license required
