1ST TIMERS - Fluoro and Cath Lab EXP Cert Rad Tech - R10617
Job Details:
* 12-hour shifts required with staff shortages
* On-call required on both weekdays and weekends with a 30-minute response time for callback
* Weekend shifts required during staff shortages
* Block schedules are not required
* Patient ratio of 1:3
* Position does not float between units; however, may float within service line based on experience
* At least 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
* Must be qualified to operate fluoroscopy equipment within the Cath Lab setting
* Ability to scrub cases preferred
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of approximately 25 patients across 7 rooms
* Departmental procedures include Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac, Interventional Radiology, and Structural Heart
* Neuro procedural experience required including diagnostic carotid/cerebral angiograms, stroke thrombectomy, and cerebral coil embolization
* Must have experience as a cardiovascular lab radiology technologist
* Charting system: Epic experience required
* Scrub color: Any color; OR/Cath Lab scrubs provided
* No parking fee
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS, or ARRT OBMI licensure
* Valid Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license required or must be actively applied for fluoroscopy cannot be operated in Oregon without this license
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 40 orientation hours required
* Must provide 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years, completed during compliance process and prior to start

This short-term acute care teaching hospital operates with 536 total staffed beds and maintains a comprehensive cardiovascular lab environment. The facility supports a wide range of procedural specialties including neuro, vascular, cardiac, interventional radiology, and structural heart procedures. The organization utilizes Epic as its charting system and maintains high standards for clinical expertise, particularly within its Cath Lab and fluoroscopy operations.
