Opportunity:

OR Circulator RN - Operating Room

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* On-call required 7 days per month - call hours are Monday through Friday 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Saturday through Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
* 40 guaranteed hours per week for shifts under 12 hours
* 3 years of experience required, 3-5 years preferred
* Previous charge experience required
* Circulate in general, orthopedic, cataract, endoscopy, gynecology, and robot-assisted procedures
* Perform conscious sedation procedures
* Work with da Vinci robot for robot-assisted cases including ortho, cataracts, and endoscopy
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Patient ratio of 1:1
* Daily census of approximately 10 patients across 3 operating rooms
* Charting system: Epic experience required
* Scrub color: Surgical Blue
* Free parking available with badge access to parking garage
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
* Michigan nursing license must be active by start date; compact license not accepted
* AHA certification preferred
* Maximum of 5 days pre-approved time off per contract; all RTO must be submitted at time of submission

This critical access hospital provides comprehensive surgical services supported by an interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services. The facility performs a wide variety of procedures including colorectal screenings, orthopedic surgeries, gynecological procedures, chronic pain management, and laparoscopic surgeries, and is equipped with advanced robotic surgical technology.
