Opportunity:

CST - Surgical Services

Job Details:

* 2+ years of CST experience required
* Required experience in ortho, neuro, general, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, and endovascular/vascular procedures
* ENT experience preferred
* One night of on-call per week required
* One weekend of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday per month required
* Skills checklist completed within one year of application preferred
* Required certification: BLS (AHA)
* Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
