CV Tech - Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Work 4 ten-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* 10-11 call shifts per month including weekends
* Call requirement Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM with weekend call coverage
* Holidays covered by call 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
* Will consider CV Tech, Cath Lab Tech, EP Tech, and Vascular IR Tech candidates
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab required
* Focus on candidates who can perform cath and peripheral procedures
* Perform scrub and monitor roles as a CV Rad Tech
* Handle all cardiac adult cases including peripheral, cardiac cath, PCI, and devices - adults only
* ICD and pacer experience required - no EP or ablations
* Average 4-5 cases per day with a range of 2-9 cases
* Work within a 3-person Cath Lab team consisting of 2 RNs and 1 tech
* Must have experience with IABP and IVUS
* Familiarity with Acist injector preferred but not required
* Charting system: EPIC with Cupid and Xper dynamics system
* Telemetry system: Phillips hardwired at bedside
* May be floated to Non-Invasive CV at times to start IVs
* Scrubs provided - Rad Techs wear Burgundy
* Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), ARRT (R) verification and WV License required - RCIS not accepted
* BSN not required

The department is supported by cardiology on-call 24/7 and utilizes advanced equipment and technology to deliver high-quality cardiac and vascular care. The facility maintains a collaborative team environment with dedicated pharmacy, respiratory therapy, and nursing support available around the clock.
