Labor and Delivery Nights

Job Details:

* Night shift position in Labor and Delivery unit
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery specialty required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN (Intermediate and Advanced), C-EFM (preferred)
* California license in hand required - no EMSA accepted
* Charting system: Paragon - training provided
* Local travelers accepted
* Skills required include: Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, LDRP, Level I Nursery, Mother/Baby, High Risk Antepartum
* Facility handles 100-300 births per month
* Labor and Delivery nurses are not required to float as agency staff
* Must complete Assaultive Behavior and Fire Card courses onsite within 30 days of start date
* DUI background hits will not be accepted

This healthcare facility is a full-service hospital offering comprehensive Labor and Delivery services, supporting a high volume of births per month ranging from 100 to 300. The facility provides interdisciplinary support across multiple units including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, ICU, and telemetry services. The organization maintains high standards of patient care and adheres to The Joint Commission guidelines for staffing and floating policies.
