Opportunity:

RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

* Work on a 36-bed Telemetry unit with patient ratios of 4:1 with cath recovery and a maximum ratio of 6:1, with occasional stretching to 7:1
* PCTs available on both day and night shifts; Unit Clerks available on day shift
* Utilize Remote Telemetry monitors and Alaris pumps
* Document using Meditech electronic health record system
* Schedule includes every other weekend
* Agency staff may float to Ortho/Med-Surg as needed
* Telemetry experience required
* Advanced knowledge of chest tubes and dysrhythmia training required
* Perform procedures including chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis, and thoracentesis
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
* Dress code: Any scrubs except camouflage
* Strive to maintain a 75% patient satisfaction rate
