Opportunity:

Radiology Technologist - Surgery/Evening Coverage

Job Details:

* Work five 8-hour shifts per week from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
* Surgery experience required - position includes surgery coverage in the evenings
* Weekend coverage required
* Float to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs - will only float to units where competencies have been demonstrated and documented
* Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS
* Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty required
* Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
* First-time travelers may be considered depending on experience
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* 2 rooms on unit
* Patient ratio of 1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation
* Required skills include a broad range of radiographic procedures including chest, spine, extremity imaging, trauma cases, portable procedures, C-arm procedures, operating room, emergency department, ICU, PACS, and contrast media preparation and administration
