RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Minimum of 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS all must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation with a minimum passing score required; maximum of 2 attempts allowed
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applied for is required; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* Annual Hands-On Competency requirement applies to nurses on continuous contracts of one year or more
* Pre-start modules required averaging 6 to 15 hours depending on specialty
