PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour day shifts
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Charting system experience required; Epic system used
* Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 33 patients
* Required certifications: BLS
* Texas PT license required (pending license accepted)
* Skills include but are not limited to: orthopedics, neurology, gait training, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, prosthetic training, and outpatient clinic experience

This outpatient rehabilitation facility provides comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and maintains a daily census of 33 patients. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitative care across a broad range of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical diagnoses.
