Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Work in a 22-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Accurately assess patient acuity and assign appropriate triage levels
* Identify and prioritize patient needs in an organized and timely manner
* Collaborate with physicians to provide appropriate plans of care
* Oversee all aspects of patient care and coordinate diagnostic tests and treatments
* Maintain flexibility in performing work duties to adapt to changes in patient volume
* Provide maximum patient safety at all times
* Demonstrate critical thinking skills and technical procedure competencies
* Document all patient care accurately
* BSN required
* 1 year of ER experience preferred
* Nursing dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC
