Job Details:

* 8-hour shifts with day and evening shifts running 7.5 hours and night shifts running 6.5 hours (11:30 PM to 6:00 AM)
* Every other weekend requirement
* Every other holiday requirement
* Primarily day shifts with potential for some evening or night shifts
* Patient ratio of 1:10 on days, 1:12 on evenings, and 1:15 on nights
* 34-bed facility with post-acute care setting
* Common patient diagnoses include dementia, memory care, and long-term care
* Minimal behavioral patient population
* Charting performed using PCC electronic medical records system
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Two weeks notice required for cancellations
