Job Details:

* Block scheduling type
* On-call required with rotating weekend call every 8 weeks
* Friday on-call: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
* Saturday on-call: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
* Sunday on-call: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
* Weekends not required for regular scheduling
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Scrub color: Any color accepted
* Charting system: Epic
* Required certifications: CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA
* Required skills include: Acute Hospital OR, cleaning equipment (crash carts, IV pumps, PCA pumps), high-level disinfection, use of washers/sterilizers, case cart, proper selection of wrapping materials, sterilization wrapping procedures, sets/tray assembly, and equipment documentation
* Specialty procedure experience required: Ear/Nose/Throat, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, and Urology
* Sterilization knowledge required: biological indicators, chemical indicators, steam sterilization testing/monitoring, and immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS)
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
