Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

* Work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts on the Inpatient Rehab unit
* Work 1 weekend every 6 weeks with flex days off on weekdays when working weekends
* No on-call requirements
* Work on a 16-bed inpatient rehab unit within a 285-bed facility
* Patient ratios: Acute care 12:1, Rehab 4-5:1
* Perform evaluations and treatments including ADLs and mobility
* Utilize rehab gym equipment and standard rehab supplies
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Licensed Occupational Therapist required
* Acute care and/or rehab experience preferred
* Dress code: Eggplant colored scrubs required

Facility:

This facility is a 285-bed Level 2 Trauma Center featuring a dedicated 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The rehab department is supported by a team of 14 staff members and is equipped with a full rehab gym and all standard rehabilitation supplies. The department fosters a strong team culture through employee engagement initiatives, employee of the month recognition, and team building activities.
