RN - Long Term Care

Job Details:

* Day, evening, and night shifts available to be discussed during the interview process
* Independently supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit
* Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans
* Administer and evaluate nursing care
* Supervise LPNs, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
* Must arrive the Thursday before start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday

The facility focuses on individualized care planning and maintaining high standards of nursing practice, supported by a team of licensed nurses, CNAs, and additional healthcare personnel working collaboratively across multiple shifts.
