Open Position: RN - Nurse Lead

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3129.04

Opportunity:

RN - Supervisor/Charge

Job Details:

* Day shift position with 36 hours per week
* Leadership role with supervisory responsibilities - less bedside nursing than a typical staff RN position
* Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment
* Ensure all patients receive cost effective, professional care resulting in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction
* Provide unit-based leadership in the development and provision of clinical services
* Initiate and coordinate individual and team conferences with health team members, patients, and families to develop and revise care plans
* Monitor personnel in the performance of patient care activities to ensure adequate patient care and quality of work
* Foster an environment of patient and family centered care with attention to cultural diversity and personal needs
* Investigate and resolve patient care and operational issues as needed
* Minimum two years of recent RN experience required
* Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience required; Master's Degree preferred
* Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
* EPIC experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
* Current RN nursing license per state of assignment required
