Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed per week option available
* Work in a 40+ bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio (3 rooms and 1 hall bed during high volume)
* Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring/interpretation
* Work with equipment including cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, Lifepak, and more
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Required certifications for RN: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI
* Dress code: Gray scrub top with black or gray scrub bottoms; appropriate colored T-shirts allowed under a nursing scrub jacket or hospital approved jacket
* Must demonstrate adaptability and ability to work as a team player
* High pressure experience in previous role preferred
* Outgoing and positive attitude under pressure required

This healthcare facility operates a large Emergency Department staffed with over 120 team members, including charge nurses, team leads, registered nurses, advanced paramedics, emergency department technicians, mental health support coordinators, and secretarial staff across both day and night shifts. The department is equipped with advanced medical technology and tools to support a high-volume patient environment, ensuring comprehensive emergency care for patients.
