Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience required; must be comfortable with or have some exposure to post-partum care
* Strong labor and delivery experience required, including cervical exams, antepartum and labor management, amnio infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, and Pitocin administration
* Must be able to circulate C-sections
* Baby catching/receiving required
* APGAR assessment skills required
* Breastfeeding knowledge required
* Must be comfortable with all aspects of post-partum care from transition to discharge for both mother and baby
* Scrub experience is a bonus; scrub-trained RNs are occasionally utilized for sick call coverage
* No on-call responsibilities
* Teal scrubs are provided
* EMR: Epic strongly preferred
* Multilingual skills (Russian/Spanish) preferred
* First-time travelers will be considered
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring

Facility:

This facility features a 20-bed obstetrics unit including 12 labor and delivery beds, 8 post-partum and antepartum beds, 3 OB/ED rooms, and 2 operating rooms. The unit is supported by a 6-bed Level II NICU and has a NP on call, ensuring comprehensive support for both patients and nursing staff. The facility maintains a dedicated scrub tech on site and is equipped with modern resources to support a wide range of obstetric procedures and patient needs.
