Opportunity:

MRI Technologist - Radiology

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday
* Perform general MRI studies including stroke and trauma imaging
* Complete approximately 10 scans/studies per day
* Float to cover outpatient MRI as needed
* Start IVs as required
* Work with GE 3T and 1.5T and Siemens 1.5T MRI scanners in a 3-room department
* Use EPIC EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS systems
* Work in an acute care setting at a Level 1 Trauma facility
* Radiologist is in-house and department has both a Supervisor and Lead Tech on site
* Holiday requirements apply
* No on-call or standby requirement
* No weekend requirements
* 2 years of MRI experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (MR)
* Black scrubs required
* Must provide own RAD badge
* Department-specific orientation provided; must be in state for the week of orientation
* Driver's license must be submitted; must reside within 60 miles of facility

This acute care facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center, offering comprehensive medical services including a fully equipped Radiology and MRI department. The department features three MRI scanners and utilizes advanced imaging technology alongside modern EMR and PACS systems to support a high standard of patient care. With in-house radiologists and experienced leadership, the department provides a well-supported environment for imaging professionals.
