Job Details:

* Variable shifts available: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
* Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
* Every other weekend required
* Every other holiday required
* Overtime available as needed
* 1-2 shift location-specific orientation
* Patient ratio of 3:22
* Commonly treated diagnoses include dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, falls, and patients requiring ADL assistance
* Electronic Medical Record system: PCC
* Post-acute care setting
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Active Nebraska (NE) license required to apply
* BSN not required

This post-acute care facility operates multiple units, including one with 20 beds and one with 22 beds, providing specialized care for patients with a variety of chronic and acute conditions. The facility utilizes an electronic medical records system to support efficient and high-quality patient care. Staff work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering compassionate care to residents requiring ongoing assistance with daily living activities.
