RN - Care Coordination

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* 2 weekends per month required
* Acute care setting
* Must have solid experience in Care Coordination
* Charting system: Cerner
* Required certifications: BLS Certification, LA City Fire & Safety
* California RN License required
* Prior CA Dignity/Common Spirit experience required for consideration
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
