Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery/Antepartum

Job Details:

* Work in a 19-bed labor unit with additional OBED, PACU, surgical, and antepartum beds
* Patient ratios: 2:1 for labor, 3:1 for OBED, 4:1 for antepartum, and 1:1 for OR
* Mandatory 2 weekend shifts per month with up to 4 weekend shifts possible
* No on-call responsibilities
* Float to low-risk antepartum unit as needed
* Must be able to circulate C-sections in OBED
* Must be able to manage high-risk antepartum patients
* Labor experience required
* Ability to manage patients in labor, C-section, antepartum, and OBED settings
* Perform procedures including C-sections, cerclage, BTL, and D&C for PPH only
* Use EMR systems CPN and Meditech
* Advanced fetal monitoring experience preferred
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments required
* Royal blue scrubs required; no t-shirts permitted
* Required certifications: Internal Fetal Monitoring (FM), ACLS, BLS, NRP

The unit includes labor beds, an obstetric emergency department, PACU, surgical suites, and antepartum beds, supported by a robust team of nursing staff across both day and night shifts.
