RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Work in an 18-bed Labor & Delivery unit
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge or CNC, 8-10 RNs, 1-2 OB techs, and 1 HUC
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge or CNC, 8-10 RNs, and 1-2 OB techs
* Patient ratios: 1:1 for Pitocin, C-section delivery, and recovery; 2-3 antepartum patients per nurse following AWHONN guidelines
* On-call requirement of 1-2 shifts per schedule
* Floating may be required to mother-baby unit if needed
* GE fetal monitoring equipment used on unit
* EMR system: CPN Meditech
* Must have labor management experience
* Must have experience circulating a cesarean section
* Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, triage, and iron infusions
* Team-oriented environment with a strong focus on patient outcomes and quality care
