RN - Long Term Care

Job Details:

* Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, and Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
* Includes weekends and holidays
* Overtime rotation may be required
* No guarantee of hours or shift preference
* Perform patient assessments and treatments
* Administer medications and provide notifications to MD/NP of pertinent patient information
* Assist with admitting and discharging patients
* Provide ADL assistance to patients
* Perform gastrostomy tube care and urinary catheter care
* Administer nebulizer treatments and wound vac care
* Provide CPAP care and other assigned duties
* Active Hawaii state nursing license required prior to start of assignment
