Opportunity:

RN - L&D

Job Details:

* Must be able to act as a catch/transition nurse
* Must be able to act as Charge Nurse
* Must be willing to float to other departments as a safety companion
* L&D experience including antepartum, intrapartum, preop, circulate, and PACU preferred
* Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions
* Develop and implement individualized patient and family care plans
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver quality care
* Promote health, patient safety, and a safe care environment
* Integrate research findings and evidence-based practices into nursing care
* Comply with stroke competency requirements including participation in cerebrovascular disease education
* Position may require working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts
* On-call work may be required
* Must travel at least 90 miles from the facility to be considered
* Facility reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances
* Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), STABLE Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification with recertification every 2 years
* Current Montana Registered Nurse licensure required
