Open Position: RN - Mother Baby Postpartum

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1749.64

Opportunity:

RN Mom/Baby

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Tuesday start dates required
* 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 1:3 couplets with up to 6 patients
* Work on a 70-bed Mom/Baby unit on the 7th floor
* Collaborate with a team including charge nurses, resource nurses, admit nurses, RNs, and PCTs
* Perform mother/baby care, lactation support, phototherapy, blood sugar checks, and IV antibiotics
* EMR system: CPN
* Mother/Baby experience required
* NICU/postpartum experience preferred
* Required certifications: NRP, BLS
* May occasionally float as a resource nurse
* Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be flexible, and be a team player

This facility is a large, well-established healthcare organization featuring a dedicated Mom/Baby unit with 70 beds and a robust staff of 120. The unit provides comprehensive maternal and newborn care services including lactation support, phototherapy, and postpartum care. The facility maintains strong staffing ratios and utilizes modern electronic medical record systems to support high-quality patient care.
