Job Details:

* Work 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Scheduled call required at night and on weekends
* Unit operates 7 days per week
* 13-week assignment
* Perform cardiac ultrasound testing on patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric
* Work with high acuity patients being treated for cardiac problems
* Exposure to body fluids and blood is expected in this high-stress, stat-driven environment
* Pediatric experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience or accredited coursework in echocardiography required
* Must maintain current registry or certification in Adult Echo
* Must maintain current registry or certification in vascular ultrasound
* Must be working toward attaining registries in all applicable accredited areas
* Required certifications: ARDMS or ARRT, BLS
* Must follow assigned unit dress code and maintain a professional appearance wearing scrubs

Facility:

This is the largest medical facility in the region, operating as a full-service hospital with 318 patient beds. The facility serves as a regional healthcare hub for southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. It is home to a Level II Trauma Center, a Level 1 ICU, the only emergency room in the area, and the region's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for critically ill children. The facility also offers inpatient and outpatient mental health care for adolescents and adults through its 74-bed Behavioral Health Center.
