Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience required with some exposure to post-partum care
* Strong labor and delivery experience required including cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, and Pitocin administration
* Must be able to circulate C-sections
* Baby catching/receiving required
* APGAR assessments required
* Breastfeeding knowledge required
* Post-partum care experience strongly preferred, including all aspects from transition to discharge for both mom and baby
* Scrub experience is a bonus; scrub trained RNs may be utilized for sick call coverage as a Scrub Tech is always on site
* EMR: Epic strongly preferred
* Facility has 20 total beds: 12 labor and delivery, 8 post-partum/antepartum (3 OB/ED rooms, 2 OR), and a 6-bed Level II NICU
* No on-call responsibilities
* Teal scrubs are provided
* Multilingual skills in Russian or Spanish preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring
* First-time travelers will be considered

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive labor and delivery unit with a total of 20 beds, including dedicated labor and delivery rooms, post-partum and antepartum rooms, OB/ED rooms, operating rooms, and a Level II NICU. The facility provides full-spectrum obstetric care and supports a diverse patient population, with a multidisciplinary team that includes an NP on call to support staff and ensure quality patient outcomes.
